Most insurance companies only need us to take digital photos of the damage to put a quote together, so we would only need you to pop in for 5 minutes initially.

We try to get vehicles repaired as quickly as possible. Things that may have an effect would be: Parts – availability and where they have to come from; Unforeseen damage – when we strip the vehicle, often there is unforeseen damage which may delay the repair; Subcontractors – we often have to use the services of subcontractors and their availability could have an effect on the completed repair.
Some customers have a “rental car” clause within their insurance policy, so the first point of call would be to check with your insurance company. Failing that we do have relief cars which we can provide to the bigger repairs.
